How do I upload my photos
Each product has at least 1 image upload field depending on the number of images required for each product. Click on the UPLOAD PHOTO button and navigate to the photo on your computer you wish to have printed.
How much does delivery cost
There is no shipping charge to have your products delivered anywhere within New Zealand.
What size should my photos be?
To get the best quality printing possible, you should take your photos at the highest quality setting possible on your camera. For pictures that will print larger than A4 size (ie, our large pictorial calendars & posters), it is recommended you use a camera that is at least 6 mega pixels.
What format should my pictures be?
For best results your pictures need to be saved as JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) files. You can also upload photos in PNG and GIF formats, but it is not recommended.
Can I crop my photos?
Yes, you can crop your photos, in fact it is a good idea to supply them as close as possible to how you would like them to appear on the final product. If you are ordering cards in portrait (tall) your photo should also be supplied in portrait (tall).
If your photos are a different size to the product you have ordered, we can only do our best to make it fit the design you have chosen.
PLEASE NOTE: Cropping photos will reduce the over-all image size and possibly the quality of the final product. Cropping should be kept to a minimum.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, because of the printing process, most products have a minimum number you can order. The more you order, the less the unit price becomes. You can see the minimum order quantity under the 'Add to Cart' button on the product pages for products that have a minimum order quantity larger than 1.
Do I need to be logged in to use the wish list?
Yes, you need to have an account and be logged in to use the wish list. The wish list is part of the shop features and is saved under your account for when you return at a later date.
Can I order from outside New Zealand?
Yes, you can order our products from outside New Zealand, but they have to be delivered to a New Zealand address. When you go through the checkout, you can add a new delivery address under 'Delivery Details'. This address must be a New Zealand address to proceed.
Do you ship internationally
No, at the moment we can only ship to a New Zealand address. You can place your order from anywhere in the world though.
What if I get an error saying my gift voucher has expired
Gift vouchers don't expire until the full amount has been used. Make sure you have selected the 'Use Gift Voucher' option in the shopping cart, rather than the 'Use Coupon Code' option, otherwise you will get an error.
How secure are my credit card details
We use SwipeHQ to manage the credit card transactions and the payment is made on the SwipeHQ site.

Do you 'fix' bad photos
Changing or correcting photos (colour casts etc) is not part of the service we provide. Our products are printed using the latest technology printers and faithfully reproduce colours as they are supplied to us in your file.
